Those Last Few Pounds

I'm attempting to find some motivation to lost the last 10 to 11 pounds before I reach my goal. I've been fortunate enough to be able to afford a personal trainer who has kept me motivated four times a week at the gym. I've been able to meet my fitness goals without a problem, but I can't seem to find the motivation to track my calories and do the last few touch ups I need to my lifestyle to reach my fitness goals.

My Goals:
To be healthy first and foremost. To lose those last 11 pounds.

My Program:
I work out at the gym 6 to 7 days a week. I do cardio every day for up to an hour a day and weight train with a personal trainer 4 days a week.
