Motivated To Move It & lose it
I'm a busy mom of 2 that always sits on the sidelines watching my kids be active. This is the year I join them. My goal is to lose 60 lbs in the next year resulting in more energy to keep up with them. This will be a huge challenge because I love food and sugar is my weakness but I'm motivated to move it & lose it. Let the challenge begin.

My Goals:
My goal is to lose 60 lbs so that I will have energy to keep up with my kids. I also hope to gain self esteem during this process. I would love to be able to post a picture of me on my Facebook profile without feeling fat.
My Program:
So far the only thing I'm doing is giving up Dr. Pepper which is no easy task because I'm an addict. Also I am trying to cut back on my sugar intake. I'm taking baby steps in achieving my goal.
