By the way, I don't know if you have a Droid phone or not, but if you do, I HIGHLY recommend the Sparkpeople app. It has the nutrition tracker and fitness tracker. I absolutely love it and use it every day. It makes staying on track when you are on the go a remote possibility, lol....something that's always been really tough for me. hmmm any advice I can give you to find that motivation to lose some more?! I suppose it depends how much you want it right now. There is nothing wrong with maintaining your loss so far and sticking at this weight for a while if you feel comfortable here, there is no great rush to lose more. Ask yourself if you do want to lose more weight right now, if so then how much are you willing to work for it? Make some realistic plans on changes you can make to get things moving again - for me that means sticking to planned meals and not snacking in the evenings! Do what works for you!
