Hey everyone!!! I'm Stephanie! I'm 21 years old and I'm going to school for medical laboratory science.


I began my journey in July of 2008 to lose weight for my sister's wedding. I lost 30 pounds by May of 2009 and was fitting into a size 9 dress!

After the wedding, my boyfriend and I moved into an apartment together and that's when the bad habits started again.

I gained back pretty much all of the 30 pounds that I lost and have been looking for something to get myself back on track. I was exercising and keeping active while trying to eat better, but it felt like every time I had a 'bad' day...it made it a bad week.

My Goals:
I want to develop a healthy lifestyle and not be overweight anymore.

My ultimate weight goal is to be at 138 pounds. This would make a total of 60 pounds lost.

My Program:
When I began my diet in July of 2008, I was using Alli up to January. I lost 30 pounds from it, but then I gained 20 back from being neglectful :-(

Right now, I'm focusing dieting with the right amount of calories and fat. Also, I'm making sure to eat plenty of fruits and veggies.

Exercising is also important. Currently, I'm focusing on cardio just so I can burn the fat. Once my weight goes down more, I'll focus more on flexibility and strength training.

Personal Information:
I'm currently a junior at Minnesota State University-Mankato and working on my bachelor's degree in Medical Laboratory Science. I already have my liberal arts degree from Rochester Community and Technical College.

I currently work at Papa Murphy's in Mankato.

Other Information:
I love all of the Twilight and Dan Brown books. My favorite T.V. shows are The Office, Desperate Housewives, and Family Guy.

Hey! Things in life in general are pretty good. I'm just busy going to school and work. I'm not making as much progress with my weight loss as I would like but I know what I need to do to change that so now I just need to do it!
