Let the journey begin!

I'm back to the Sparkfamily! Once upon a time I was a "SparkPerson" being very successful on losing weight. I lost about 20 pounds, which was what I needed to lose to feel better/healthier. I then got pregnant with my first baby, which was GREAT news! I had my baby boy last April, so now I feel I'm ready to tackle this weight issue once again. I've tried Nutrisystem, but I like eating REAL food a lot better. My biggest struggle is staying motivated and focused! I love the support we get here at ...
