Challenge... Accepted.

I am a 26 year old mother, who is trying to find a way to create time for herself. My son is autistic, I am in school full time and work part time, so stress is something I am very familiar with. I want to make changes in my life for the better, and focus on what my body needs. I am a nerd, mostly a science and gaming one, and I have a significant other named Tony, who is a gaming and everything else nerd, and we have been together for 3 amazing years. Yes, you are probably right, I know when I first started losing the weight, a lot of what I lost was "water weight". Then I noticed as I started gaining more muscle, the weight was harder coming off. So I am pretty sure that your thinking is correct.

Go to EDIT your Sparkpage, and almost all the way down the page it should show you options for it, or take you to a link that will show you how to get them. Been a while since I put mine up so I can't remember exactly, but I think that is what I did. emoticon
Also, emoticon on getting the double workout in! You are going to keep me moving cousin, I can see that already! emoticon
