My Goals:
I want to repair diastasis recti! While I've mastered the art of sucking in, I don't want to anymore!!

I would also love to tone up and add definition to my body top to bottom!

Operation: muffin tops belong on muffins begins now!

My Program:
Specialized core strengthening.

Cardio - alternate
(Zumba wii) don't laugh!
Break out the turbo jam dvd's as well

I want to begin running! Got the jogging stroller...need some good shoes and I'm off!

Personal Information:
I am from Sunny Southwest Florida....Butt in the sand, toes in the Gulf.

I live every moment with an Eco-mind as we are connected with the earth full circle, and the only way to take care of ourselves is by also care for our planet.

Welcome, April! One of the things that's great about sparkpeople is that it works for anyone trying to get healthier- be it weight loss/gain, etc! I do find that most of us on the message boards seem to be on the weight loss side of the equation, but the boards are a great way to get broad input on a question. I would really recommend that you find some sparkteams for people with similar goals- you'll have a smaller community of support and motivation there! You can find them under the community tab. I also love the articles on this site because they are full of accurate information, and there are videos on the site with workouts you can do and you can customize strength workouts based on what resources you have available to you!
