hi april, i am gracie, i had to leave you a message, as exercise is the hardest for me,,,,i can eat right with no problem since i found spark people, as i have found eating healthy leaves me never hungry!!, but getting on my treadmill, that's another story, i have to do it first thing in the morning, as i have found, if i wait until later, i find some excuse not to do it,,,,so i feel ya!!! good luck, and hopefully, we will both find success with the support here, i just started on the speak this morning, although i started personally on february 3rd
