Here I am back at it, friends! We have had our last little one and I am ready to kick some butt and get myself moving and shaking to shed this weight, strengthen my body, and create a healthy example for my family.

I promise myself and my teammates to stick it through no matter what life throws at me in the next eight weeks(hello lake vacation I'm looking at you)and to help cheer everyone on in their own journeys.
I deserve the time, effort, attention and love this will take.
My goal is to get to onederland and reach 180 by the time the year is done. Its a lofty goal but it is attainable! Reach for the stars:)

My fitbit, zumba on the wii, walking, running with baby in the jogging stoller, and strength training with the hubby are my chosen exercises.
I am motivated by results, so I will measure myself every two to four weeks.
I will eat cleaner, following meal plans and planning ahead by shopping for recipes, on a weekly basis.
I will take a cooler with me when I go to town for groceries so I am not tempted by processed junk food. If all else fails, I will buy the salad with protein!
Strap on that fitbit, aiming for 10,000 steps per day
Do strength training with baby as weight lol
Go for walks with kids after dinner, even if just for ten minutes

I love the arts-drawing, especially the human form, painting in acrylics, and sculpture, as well as photography and music.
I took a turn at design this year as we completely redid the exterior of our home, and are now finishing up the kitchen and bootroom addition. Must say, it looks fantastic! Now for landscaping
