I'm April, and I'm 31 years old. I live with my boyfriend of 6 1/2 years in our first house we purchased in August 2009. We have 5 cats that sometimes feel like children to us, and we're both self-employeed and doing well.
I have two wonderful parents and a sister 2 1/2 years younger than me. I love cooking, working in the yard, reading (especially Sue Grafton), and a variety of other things.
I am currently attending UAB to get my business degree to further advance my knowledge for the businesses we own now (all from home). One day, I would like to open a bakery cafe (since I have 2 Associate degrees dealing with culinary arts as well).

2) To be in excellent phsyical shape by December 31, 2010
I am currently going to the gym 5 days a week and have been since the beginning of November 2009. Mondays & Wednesdays, I do a "circuit style" routine my personal trainer showed me, along with some leg press exercises. Tuesdays and Thursdays, I do aerobics and love it! Friday is ab day.

Hi and welcome to Sparkpeople. Congrats on the move to a healthier lifestyle. Take it one step, one day at a time. Monitor what you eat, drink plenty of water and get exercise.
