1. Run more with my Puppy Roxy. 2. No eat like an out of control maniac during the last three hours of my shift in the ED. 3. Kick those last ten pounds to the curb
My Program:
1. Learning the SparkFit cal count sitch. 2. Exercise (cardio, lifting and my fav BodyPump) 3. finding things to do besides snack :) 4. No longer eating right before bed.
