I know what healthy foods to eat but have a huge problem with portion control and binging.

Fav foods: Seafood, eggs, tofu, salads, bananas, Fuji apples, mandarin oranges, oatmeal, flavorful meals.

Goals: Eat regular-sized meals at regular times with 30 minutes of light exercise per day.

Looking for friends who are in the same boat!
