Taking back my life
I have made up my mind. I realize that the longer you wait to decide what is important, the more time you're wasting. It's up to me to want something so badly that my passion shows through in my actions. My actions not my words will do the shouting for me. I made the decision to take my life back!!

My goal is to be a healthy 145 lbs. by sometime next year.

I am eating right, going to the gym two times a day to total 90 mins. per day. I am buying more fruits and veggies.
