I want to be the best I can be. I want to lose weight and improve my health and fitness! I want to eat more healtlhy and have a healthy glow! Overall I want to make each day count and be brighter, happier and with more confidence. I want to feel good about myself. My Goals:
To lose weight and tone up. To look better and feel better. Eat more healthy :-)

My Program:
*I want to feel and look healthier/better in myself

-I will do this by Loosing weight (less than 1, 500 cals per day), Eating healthier (meeting tracker targets) and making sure I stick to my exercise plan whish is to workout at least 3 times a week

Personal Information:
I am 36. I can be shy but very chatty once you get to know me. I try to be positive as much as possible, I am genuine, self motivated, generally happy and giggley. I like to help others. I can be sensitive, reflective and deep.

Other Information:
I love walking especially in the countryside or by the sea, lake or in the woods. Living ina city I need to arrange more opportunities to get away and enjoy this. I also love reading - there is nothing better than snuggling up with a good book. I like exploring new places and I like learning new things. I enjoy watching films and I like to go out now and then but I am finding I like it less and less then I used to when I was younger. I love animals but I don't have any pets :-(
