My Goals:
I don't wanna be very thin... it just doesn't entirely appeal to me to be a single digit size. But I would love to become svelte and less roll-y. My ultimate goal is to be around 180 lbs. If from there I feel the need to keep going, maybe I will. I would also love to get to a point where I could start jogging trails in the autumn.



My Program:
After 15 years sans meat of any kind, I am now able to incorporate bits of lean meats into my diet throughout the week. I really think this will have an impact on how my body reacts to this millionth attempt at weight loss.


Personal Information:
I hit the 30 year old mark recently! And I'm happy to announce that I am still kickin'.
I have a beautiful daughter that tests my energy level every day! I fell off the wagon for a couple of months, but as of today (08.22.2011) I'm baaaaaaackkkk!

Things that interest me:
Heavy metal, prog metal, live music, Jagermeister, geocaching, fall hiking, hand written notes, shenanigans, Labyrinth, becoming a tattoo artist
A few facts : I prefer odd numbers over even but despise the number 5, cannot sleep without a fan, can put mustard on just about anything, hate onions, have never seen an ocean/beach, never been in a plane, believes in faerie lore.
