Wow 19 days without cigarettes? Awesome! You're right quitting smoking is WAAY more important than gaining a few pounds that you will lose later. I gained like, 7 pounds when I quit.. but i didn't care!!
Hey thanks for the blog comment! I decided to change my ticker to reflect my true starting and end weight. I guess I thought that 120 pounds was a "skinny weight" that I should try for. I don't know why I thought that. When I was a senior in high school my weight was 138 and I was working out hard playing sports and hardly eating. I guess I could keep going and see how my body feels. How are you? How is the smoke-free journey going? I hope everything is well with ya.
