hope you have great success in 2009. Friends of mine are starting a new Challenge Team in SP to start next week if your interested. They want to keep it about 50/50 male/female and gear it to folks committed to losing 2 pounds a week and prepared to be held accountable on it. Let me know if your interested, we can use a few more good guys. Challenge teams are great ways to stay motivated.
