Getting back to a Corps weight
This is the beginning of my journey to get back to a healty Marine Corps weight per the Marine Corps regulations. When i exited the Marine Corps 12 years ago I weighed in at 197 pounds. Now i hope to get back too a healthy and fit 190 pounds 7 less than when i exited the Marines.

My Goals:
To lose about 55 pounds. in doing so improve my physical and mental health. To once again feel the pride of being fit. To set a better example for my martial arts students and show them that you can do anything if you put your mind to it.

I am a Former U.S. Marine Sergeant and a disabled Veteran. I am also a Certified Master Hapkido Instructor and teach several times a week.
