Here I go once again. I am at my all time high of 248. It is hard to post that number let alone carry it around on my body. I know what it takes to loose weight. I have been on every diet you can imagine. I am now pre-diabetic but on the border line of being called diabetic and it scares me. I want to get pregnant but fear the complications of being so over weight and being in bad health. I just have to do it. My energy level is at zero. **UPDATE**
With loosing and gaining the same couple of pounds in January I decided that I need a new approach on this weight loss thing. I decided to do a 13 day challenge with Advocare.

The last 2 weeks have been horrible and I've put on 6lbs, yikes!! This week will be better though. especially since it's Ramadan here now so no eating and drinking in public. It means all temptation is removed from the office which is brilliant because I can only say no to sweets and cake so many times before I crumple!

so last week I ate like a mad woman and put on the 7lbs I'd lost! sigh. hopefully I'll lose that this week. I swear I keep losing and gaining the same 10lbs over and over again!

Hiya,

I know what you mean about the bread. I know this might not help but I've only just stopped craving bread and I've been doing this off and on for over a year. Possibly the craving would have subsided sooner if I hadn't aimed the wagon at a cliff and went on a major bread binge last August. but bread isn't the first thing I think of 'cheating' with anymore and that's got to be progress!

At the moment I am cheating a little bit every day which is bad but it's only a tiny bit and I'm bringing it under control. It's not like the insane binges I used to have every day and it's not bars of chocolate which used to be a problem for me.

I'm adding flavoured yoghurt to my diet this week which I know has sugar in it but I figure that it's better than actual sweets and it's bio ect ect. I'd see how it effects my weight loss but I'm catching up with a friend on Thur and we will be drinking so that will probably scupper it anyway. We can only keep trying and smiling and moving slowly in the right direction!

Oh also, a dish I love and it really easy to make is chicken breast stuffed with feta cheese and spinach. I slice open the chicken, put some feta and spinach in them and then place them in a casserole dish. I add some baby carrots and sugar snap peas and cover it all with a tin of chopped tomatoes. I mix in a little bit of cream if I have it and shove it in the over for about an hour (depends on how big the chicken breasts are). Once it's done i either eat it by itself or I grate some cauli flower, put that in the microwave for 3 mins and then use it in place of rice. Yum!
