I had great success using SparkPeople last year but changed over to My Fitness Pal late last year, but have really missed the community and tracking on Spark People!

My highest weight ever was 206.5, and my lowest weight ever was 118 lbs (2003!)

I am taking it a day at a time, and with each 5 lb lost I will reward myself with a non food treat!

My Goals:
My 1st goal is to get to being overweight -- (I need to lose 31 lbs)

My 2nd goal is to keep up my running, build up my time running and gradually build up my mileage.

My 3rd goal is to try and stay away from sugar. I don't handle sugar very well and it causes me to binge! If I stay away from all the processed carbs, chocolate and candy I feel GREAT!

My 4th goal is get even fitter and then finally get to my goal weight! And one day become a Fitness Diva and compete!

My Program:
I will be tracking my calories using Spark People & exercising at least 4 times per week - ST and HIIT.

I'm a nutty newlywed and I live in Scotland with my lovely husband and mad Jack Russell Molly!
