I have been overeighted since I was a child, then almost a lean teenager, then overweighted again for the last desperate 10 years.

I am really glad to find this self motivating arena, I was always dreaming of such an idea. I think I have no excuse anymore ...

1) Make a decision every single morning to turn my will, goals and my whole life over to the care of God and humbly ask him to remove my defects and shortcomes and to help me to achieve my goals.

2) Read motivational articles or story weekly.

3) I am following the 90 Days Challenge Diet P90X
which I've started it before I become a member in SP.

4) Cardio exercises at least 3 days per week.

5) Check Sparkpeople Weekly.

You are doing very well on your weight loss! Congratulations! I see that you go diving. I would love to eventually go see The Great Barrier Reef, but I might be a little bit too claustrophobic. Continue with your workouts, and I'll see you on the 90 Day Challenge!

Thanks for the comment. It is a very recent picture (one week to be exact) but there is a reason that it is a face shot. I need to lose total body fat. I appreciate the nice words though.

Yes,, I stopped already.
I am starting over the second stage with regular eating habbits.
I am 92 Kg ,, am sooo happy ,, and dying to have a day off or two ,, but I am not doing it ,, I know this is a trick !
