around 5 and a half months , my over all goal is to reach 80 kg before march 2013

hello my friend, for a start dont do skipping, running, fast walking, everything will come on its own , just set up a goal no matter how much time will it take per session, make a 3 km first , slowly u will get use to it and thn increase it by 1 km, and u will see that u r walking a lot everyday , i started it from 2.5 km and now i am doing 8 km during morning and around 5 to 6 km in the evening, i have also started skipping because my body is responding well but yeah i still cant run for more than 3 minutes maybe my over weight is playing a role in it, try to drink at least 3 lt of water everyday and make sure u will not drink water when u r in standing mode because it will hit ur food pipe and will give u swelling , so always sit down , when u drink water, for breakfast , i will suggest u eat 3 Marie gold biscuits with sugarless tea or milk (skimmed milk or double toned milk) , thn either take very small 4 more meals through out the day and do not eat during night , try all this stuff and hope u will lose weight to win the goal of ur life HEALTHY LIFE
