My Goals:
Let's Get Down To Business I Don't Have Time to Play Around What is This!!! I am determined to get that number on the scale down! I was just browsing blog of other Sparkers and came across one that really caught my eye. It also made me rethink the fact that I want to loose 100 + pounds. I amnot being specific enoph as to how I am going to reach that. So I am going to create shorter monthly goals on what I want to acheive - thanks fellow sparker! Here are my goals for February: 1. Walk, bicycle, or get on the eliptical 60 miles during the month. That will be my baseline. If I achieve that, my goal for March will be higher. 2. Rack up at least 1200 minutes of cardio for the month. It could be walking, riding the bide, or using the Elliptical, or the Wii Fit. 3. Strength train 3 days a week. 4. Get at least 8 hours of sleep a night. 5. Lose 20 pounds, which would put me at 235 pounds which will put a dent in my goal of being p
My Program:
Counting Calories, Drinking tons of water and tea, exercising, getting enoph sleep, and rewarding myself with a sit in the massage chair I bought and a hot soak in the tub after every grueling workout.
