I'm a 39 year old wife and mother of 2 children ages 6 and 2. I've struggled with my weight my whole life, joining Weight Watchers for the first time when I was 10 years old. I'd really like to kick this cycle for good so that I can live up to my potential and be the wife and mother my husband and children deserve.

Shoot for the Moon: Lose 100 pounds Almost there: Lose 20 pounds by my birthday For Today: Make smart choices with my food, get in at least 17 minutes of exercise today
My Program:
-I have a food plan that I follow - basically 2 fruits/day, 2 pro-biotics/day, 2 servings of whole grains or starchy veggies every other day, unlimited non-starchy vegetables, unlimited lean protein - I drink plenty of water EVERY day - I think a lot about exercising, just need to do it!
