Welcome to SparkPeople and welcome to the Find a Buddy group. We are happy to have you. This is a great site and a great group. We just started a new challenge which is getting in three exercise sessions a week. I think they are an hour each, which is building on our old challenges of consuming 5 fruits and veggies a day and 8 glasses of water. It seemed easy to begin with but has proven otherwise.
I really love spin class. It is my saving grace. I only do classes at the gym. I can't motivate otherwise. I have found the key to losing weight and sticking with this is to do it your way, not try to fit into some strict set of rules that all you can think about doing is breaking them.
