Supercharged...Super excited! Go True Blues!!!

A LOT has changed in my life in the last couple of years!!! It's almost overwhelming... Its like life has taken a 180 degrees turn... mostly in a good way though!
So lets just say now I have a new motivation to be healthy and fit... to be able to manage and infact enjoy all my Roles ...something I love to do but when I forget taking care of myself while managing everything else ... my Body jolts me up every once in a while ... to get a share of my attention! And then I have to slow down ...

So lets just say now I have a new motivation to be healthy and fit... to be able to manage and infact enjoy all my Roles ...something I love to do but when I forget taking care of myself while managing everything else ... my Body jolts me up every once in a while ... to get a share of my attention! And then I have to slow down ...relax... and take care of it ! And I ask myself ...Why should I put my body through so much distress?.... it deserves all the love and attention that I give to the rest of my family and my Work ... :)
So Well ...The NEW ME is taking along all the lessons from the past ....
I am on my way to a Healthy life. And even though there are many roadblocks, I hit every now n then... I am not giving up.
It's so much fun n so wonderful to finally add your own name to your "PRIORITY" list along with the Family ... Job ... Home... and a zillion other things!!!
I'm on my way to be FIT & HEALTHY!

So .... my Motto --- Dont forget to put yourself in the line of Focus... You CAN GIVE your Best only when you FEEL your BEST!!!

My Goals:
1. Bring down my Fat% to 25.
2. Improve my eating habits...bringing in ore fruits n veggies... reduce carb intake and almost completely cut down processed food!
4. Meditate & Pray every day bcos I know it keeps me calm and happy.
5. Paint and read regularly devoting atleast 2 evenings a week for each activity.


My Program:
I am very conscious now of what I put in my mouth and I also take care of the portions. I try to have 7-8 mini meals a day.
I work out 5-6 days a week of which 3 days is Cardio and 3 days Circuit or Strength Training. I feel great while I stick to this schedule!!!

Personal Information:
I am from India. Professionally, I am a Climate Change expert... and we validate and verify Clean energy projects from around the globe. I'm very passionate about what I do... and wana contribute even more by being healthier and more energetic!
I love to read! and I can read anything on earth... as long as I understand the language (LOL!!!)
Well...something that I love even more than reading is Painting, I just paint my imaginations ...love colors and textures! :)


Other Information:
I would like to share this fact - When I started on my weightloss journey in 2008, my goal was to shed the extra wt and look & feel better ...but what actually happened was so much more ... By 2010 I had lost almost 16 kgs...and it was not just Weightloss!!...I was not falling sick every 2nd day, the frequency of my headaches (which had troubled me for years) had come down drastically... and I felt so much more positive and Alive!!! The Sad part is I put on 7 kgs back by end of 2012, which means I was lacking somewhere in maintenance. So now my aim is to lose another 10 kilos, Tone up and MAINTAIN that for the rest of my life.

Hope the medicine for the flu is helping. You will be excused from this week's LCW. You posted a 0 but you saw a doctor and are taking meds for the flu. (so the 0 won't count toward the tally.) Let us know how you're feeling, and whether you can do the TNT or need to be excused from that as well. xo
