My Goals:
To be the woman God intended me to be, not the woman I made myself to be.

To get healthier in relation to my cardiovascualar system.

To become toned and shaped.

To fit in my new bikini that I bought.


My Program:
Making time as often as I can to get closer to God and find His direction first and foremost. This is most important. He is my everything. He is my healer and without Him my physical body will not be healed from disease, nor will it be the temple He planned for it to be. I have to have Him number one in my life.

ChaLEAN Extreme starting officially Jan. 31st -- started it but didn't get to finish it b/c I injured my shoulder.

My new plan? To find a plan.

I have a 90/10 rule concerning my food choices. I eat right 90% of the time and allow myself what I want 10%.

I love to canoe, kayak, hike, fish, and hunt. Winter is not my thing. I love the spring, summer, and fall...when I can be me.

    I hope you are feeling better. I was sick earlier in the week but managed to tweak in my CLX workouts. I came on ur page the last couple days to leave a message but I saw I was the last person to leave a message. I didn't want to look like a SP Stalker emoticon

    Thanx. In regards to CLX Burn Circuit 2. Did mine this morning and I have one thing to say: Bowling Lunge with a Row. YIKES!!!!!!!!!!! How can I love and hate a particular exercise all at the same time. I know it's gonna produce results that's why! Enjoy ur day! emoticon
