No, it's not new; it's my dream weight actually. Lowest I've ever been was 122 lbs (but b/c of some problems so didn't lose the healthy way). I'm 5'2" so 106 lbs would be rail thin, exactly how i want to be.
Hey. I've been on SP since Apr 2006 but took a break from Jan 2010 until May 2010 (personal stuff, long story). Anyway, I know how much tracking helps b/c that's how i lost from 165 lbs to 130 lbs (and even lower at some point).
