2013.."The Year of AWESOMENESS" LET'S DO THIS!!!
The title says it all...this is it...2013 time to get it done 20/25 more lbs then just down to fine tuning of tighten,toning, and maintenance...man what a ride it's been but now it's time to ENJOY LIFE AND LIVE IT TO THE FULLEST!!! Inviting all my spark friends and sparkers in general to join me on my Fit and Fab journey. I know with God's grace and continued abling hand 2013 will be my year to declare myself FIT AND FAB!!!

Going from 235 to 155???? I just wanna be and look healthy so final number is still a ? Jan 1st-173 Jan 16th(start of BLC)- 171 Feb 1st- 169 Feb 14th- Mar 1st- Mar 15th- Apr 1st- 165-cute little number from Frederick's of Hollyeood 160-cute bra/panty set from Frederick's 160-155 will be my assessment phase to see how much lower I go my badge of honor for losing all the weight and I decide this is it will be a SUPER BAD ONE OF A KIND HEAD TURNER OF A TATTOO ON MY LOWER BACK!!!!
My Program:
PLAN FOR 2013: I plan to keep walking in my routine it's a good form of.exercise and it works for me. ST-lift heavier and still do it at least 3x a week. I love this program on prevention and will do it at least 3x this year http://m.prevention.com/fitness/streng th-training/exercises-kettlebells?page =2 Do 3 Beachbody workouts this year...RevAbs,CLX, and LMC. Shakeology cleanse...3xtimes this year 10 glasses of water a day @ least 8 freggies a day ...
