Just tryin to get on track

I really need to lose the weight for health reasons, but I seem to keep derailing myself. I am currently out of work, so battling the blues about that. Of course, I battle the blues with "comfort food". BAD IDEA!!! I was SO happy to find something to help that was FREE!

Congradulations on the six pounds lost . Tahk one day at a time. Be good to yourself. I know the comfort food sydrome. It is not pleasnat. You will
make it through. Sparks people are so supportive and there is so much
