I am a house wife, mother and grandmother, that loves my family. I love the Lord, I love helping others, music and knitting, crocheting and sewing.
My goal is to loose weight and be a healthier me. I know I am over weight, and have been for a long time; however, I still don't see myself (mental image) as large and I really am. I want to be healthier, I want to feel better, and have the energy to do all the chores that I need to do, to be a help to my wonderful husband.
