Mommy who loves to run!

I joined a local Couch to 5k program and completed 7 weeks of training. I completed my first 5k today and I think I am hooked!! I am going to train more and get faster!!

Are you managing to stay in your calorie range still? SparkPeople up-ed mine (from 1200-1500 to 1300-1650) and it isn't working out. For some reason, I went from eating 1200-1300 calories a day to eating at least 1600/day. At least you've lost 10 pounds.
