Fitness, Please!

I am from the US, but am living in Burkina Faso as of January 2012, where the size of my apartment, the weather, and local ideas about how women should dress hinder my ability to exercise. However, I used to be very active before I moved here, and am determined to regain and keep a good level of fitness. Let's do this! :)

Update: It's 2014, and I've just moved back to the US. I didn't regularly exercise while in Burkina Faso, but I've rejoined a gym here in Arkansas, USA, and am ...

I am trying to exercise faithfully, stay hydrated, and eat nutritiously.

I have lived in the US, Kenya, and Burkina Faso, and traveled to a lot of other places. I'm looking forward to settling down in Arkansas for a while!

2014 New Year's Resolution pertaining to diet: Eat dessert only 5 days per month, and eat/drink artificial sweeteners only 5 days per month.
