Fitness, Please!

I moved to a new town and new job in August 2014, and am looking to increase my fitness level now that I'm settling down for a while (at least, I hope I can!) Recently, I've been overseas and in other transitional settings, so that's my blatant excuse for not being as active as I'd like to be. Now, I'm 30 and out of excuses. So here goes healthy!

I think I'm gonna try for a pseudo-Paleo diet... but I'm transitioning slowly and am weeding the carbs out of my apartment as I eat them ...

I think I'm gonna try for a pseudo-Paleo diet... but I'm transitioning slowly and am weeding the carbs out of my apartment as I eat them in moderation... so expect to see average carb counts on my meal tracker for the next few weeks. Then, I'd like to slowly transition into something closer to 50-100g carbs per day.

My Goals:
Eat closer to Paleo.

Exercise as a lifestyle.

Sleep well.

My Program:
Eat all the carbs I currently have lying around... in moderation, of course. Then focus on eating animal products and vegetables.

Walk to work when it's during daylight hours and the weather isn't dangerous.

Stick to a sleep routine that helps me get through shift changes healthily.

Personal Information:
I have lived in the US, Kenya, and Burkina Faso, and traveled to a lot of other places. I'm looking forward to settling down in South Dakota for a while!

Other Information:
Dark chocolate fan... especially if there's salt involved!

Also a berry lover... blue, straw, rasp, black... you name it!
