I have struggled with my weight since middle school. I married the love of my life 21 years ago. We have two boys. I love cats, reading, gardening, and walking. Recently I have taken up running and have discovered I rather like running outdoors.

My Goals:
My goal for 2012 is to get exercise in at least 5 days a week (preferably as a family) and to get strength training in 3 times a week. To complete the half marathon at the end of April. Preferably all running.
My Program:
When it's nice enough, we go for a 30 - 50 minute walk in the evening. When it's too cold or precipitating, I try to use the treadmill.
