Here I Go Again
This is my second attempt. Over the holidays, I gained back most of the weight that I lost the first time I tried Spark. (lost 20 - gained back 17 :( So, here I am in January basically starting over. I need to find a way to STAY motivated this time. I work part time and have started working more. That threw my schedule off and then the holidays really threw me off. This is my second attempt. Over the holidays, I gained back most of the weight that I lost the first time I tried Spark. (lost 20 - gained back 17 :( So, here I am in January basically starting over. I need to find a way to STAY motivated this time. I work part time and have started working more. That threw my schedule off and then the holidays really threw me off. I'm the mother of a 3 1/2 year old boy and when I get home from work it's all about him. So, I need to find a way to fit healthy eating and exercise into my new schedule. Beginning Jan. weight = 205 Beginning Feb. weight = 195 February Progress: Feb. 1 - didn't track calories; walked 30 min. Feb. 2 - met calorie goal; walked 30 min.; Did video Feb. 3 - bad day - didn't track or exercise Feb. 4 - met goal; walked/jogged 30 min.; Day 3 video Feb. 5 - didn't track or exercise - ate pretty healthy though Feb. 6 - didn't track, ate junk, 30 min. bike/walk; Day 4 video Feb. 7 - only tracked half of day; ate pretty good; walked a lot at the zoo Feb. 8 - tracked all food, met calorie goal, walked 37 min. Feb. 9 - tracked all food, met calorie goal, did BC Day 2, no cardio

My Goals:
Write down everything that I eat. Stay under 1587 calories (after taking into account calories burned off from exercise). Exercise at least 30 minutes per day. Reach 175 lbs. by June.
My Program:
I am eating around 1500 calories per day and trying to work out at least 30 minutes per day.
