Hey, looking good! I love the challenge you sent out- great idea! I do have one addendum though: some workouts are a bit much for beginners or people with injuries, so we should have alternatives for each activity, especially squats and lunges, which can be impossible for people with knee injuries (I'm in that group myself). If you want I can send a list of alternative activities for each exercise- such as modified versions or things that are similar. Let me know what you think! Thanks again for putting this together, it looks perfect otherwise!
Getting people back into the swing of things should be easier with the start of the new school year (for most, that's this Monday!). I think maybe re-vamping team goals might help- maybe a new challenge for the fall? I know the spring and fall solstices are major events, so perhaps a fall challenge is best...

But I'm back now, so I just wanted to let you know that if you need anything or if you wanted to plan anything for the team, I'm here! Happy tracking! (ps- I understand what it's like to try tracking foreign foods, I started sp the first time when I was studying abroad in the UK and Sweden. Just keep going!)
