We can do it Annykeyz! I'm down a little and to keep the momentum going I'm off for a walk and bike ride at the park. Here's what I've noticed and you can probably identify with this when you lost weight before your wedding. You reduced your portion sizes and went to the gym a few times a week. It seems I'm watching every morsel and working out like a crazy person and nothing happens. I'm being less strict (within reason) and this seems to be what works for me. have a wonderful Fourth! 1943 days ago
Thank you so much for the kind compliments on my picture blog! I read your page and I can completely understand about recycling those same 40 pounds! I had a misstep yesterday when I hosted a birthday party for my guy and indulged in one, or two or was that four too many cupcakes! I realize that this journey IS mostly mental. SO, with that said, I'm going to attempt an at home work out so I don't feel like a complete loser! Thanks for the encouragement and the friend add! 1956 days ago
Every time you fall, get right back up the next moment. So it doesn't matter if this is your 100th time re-starting your plan to get to your goal health and weight... the point is that you re-started.
Thanks for the add. I'm adding you back, and looking forward to seeing you on your journey. Staying tuned...
