Great to see another Tennesseean! For the nice comments on my blog. There are lots of great helps here and the comraderie is wonderful. Be sure to check out the beginner check lists on the MY POINTS page, about halfway down. Just take it slow. For the weight, pick just 1, 2 or 3 items to focus on until they become a habit. When I first started Spark, I joined a dozen teams, set 20 daily goals and DIDN'T DO ANY OF THEM! After several start-overs, finally go it. Picked 6 glasses of water and 5 minutes of exercise daily. After a couple of weeks, upped. We are re-learning a lifetime of bad habits. Slow is ok.
