My Goals:
to stay healthy, enjoy life, lose weight- live long enough to see my only grandaughter start on her carreer.
My Program:
Reducing portion size- avoiding any food made with a combination of fat, sugar and flour- eating more fresh veg-cutting down as far as possible on alcohol- tracking calories
Personal Information:
I am a retired Comunity Nurse- I came to Spain with my husband when I was 60 and now I am 70. I went from England to Australia when I was 17 to train to be a General Nurse and returned, married, did further nurse traing - midwifery and Health Visiting- and spent 38 years working with families.
