My Goals:
Lose an average of 1 pound each week.

Put my health first by finding time to exercise, track my food, and meditate. Every darn day.

Make exercise a part of my regular routine. (4-5 days per week)

Run a 10K on September 20, 2014

Hit my goal weight by October 31, 2014.

Spend at least 15 minutes a day for quiet, me time.

My Program:
Up to 1600 cal/day

Exercise a minimum of 180 minutes each week.

Drink 8 glasses of water each day.

Couch to 10K program, plus pilates and walking.


Personal Information:
Married, mother of 13 year old boy and 7 year old Golden Retriever

Live in Wisconsin

Love to read, watch movies, and Pin all kinds of cool things on Pinterest that I'll never do :-)
