I need to be kept motivated. I have been slim before, so I can't understand why I don't get to the gym more often. I can be an emotional eater so I don't keep junk in the cupboard. I like swapping ideas with others and used to work in a health food store. I have taken a holistic food course many years ago, but have since let things slide. I want/need to get back on track for health and vanity reasons!

My Goals:
More variety in diet and to do at least 90mins. cardio each week with some walking on weather permitting days.
Lose 8-10lbs. per month.

My Program:
Not buying junk food or baking anymore. Eating more balanced meals.

Favourite movie: Gone With The Wind.
Enjoy reading, gardening and any activity/sport that makes me forget that I am actually exercising!
