I am a 26 year old female living in Venice, CA. I go to school in Santa Monica, studying computer science (minor in Japanese and German). I hope to transfer to UCLA or UCSD.

Hello!

I am a 26 year old female living in Venice, CA. I go to school in Santa Monica, studying computer science (minor in Japanese and German). I hope to transfer to UCLA or UCSD.

My goal is to lose 65 pounds and get myself to at least 16% body fat. I have been making use of my treadmill at home and I also do at-home strength training, but I swim mostly. I am also looking for work-out-DVD recommendations, so please let me know what you've got! I also want to work myself up to being able to jog, then running because I have never been able to run - though I can swim like a fish!

I am also looking for friends! Friends who want to walk together, work out, or go for a swim.

i noticed on your page you ask about workout dvds....i LOVE turbofire, it's a beachbody program and an absolute blast to do! jillian michales 30 day shred is good too if you want circut training.
