My Goals:
My main goal is to lose 25 lbs. I want to be able to feel confident like I once did.
My Program:
I've tried so many things on my own thinking that I knew what my body needs to lose weight, that's never worked. So my plan is to follow spark people as close as possible following their meal plans and exercise regiment.
Personal Information:
I'm from St. Louis Missouri and love it there. We're on our way to New Orleans to live for a bit and I can't wait. I married my soulmate only 3 months after we met and It's only gotten better since. We have 3 little babies, Vincent (4), Benjamin (2), and Maci (1 month).
