Time for change.

Hi everyone. I have struggled with my weight all my life and at 58 would like to get fit and strong once and for all. Have been reading The Spark and slowly incorporating small changes: 8 glasses of water per day, recording my food, and making sure to read motivational ideas and focusing on netting 1400 calories/day which I have learned from past experience, results in a 1 pound/week weight loss.
