Hey there! Thank you for the comment on my page. I thought it might be more muscle too, but to be completely honest I was a little scared (yes, scared) to measure myself in case it wasn't. I won't let my fears best me today. I will measure myself and check my weight too. (If it is too different from yesterday's I will make a note to myself.) I am determined to make progress.

Speaking of progress, how is the calorie tracking going? I understand it isn't always easy to hop on a computer to update it, but you need to make a conscious effort to do so. It really will help. For me I wasn't eating as many calories as I thought I was. Which may sound like a good thing unless those few hundred calories I wsan't eating put my body into starvation mode.

You must always be aware of how many calories you are putting into your body. Too few and you won't lose weight because your body thinks it is starving. Too many and you won't lose weight (but gain) because your body doesn't burn them all.

I know you can do it!! emoticon

By all means go ahead and start fresh tomorrow. I know how much easier it is to start something on a new day.

I'm doing pretty good for the most part. Was a little crushed when I weighed in today. +1.6lbs. emoticon I'm a little discouraged, but I seriously think it is water weight. I normally don't drink this much water and I don't really sweat THAT much while working out. Hopefully my body will equalize and get used to all the water (I average about 10 cups a day) so it won't seem that bad.

The goal I want the most help with is my blogging. I know it sounds silly, but it is my way of holding myself accountable. emoticon

Hi there girlie! I am making good on trying to help you track your calories. If I know what I will be having for the day I try to get as much knocked out at once as I can. That way I am ahead of the game. Hope to see some calories being logged.
