My Goals:
Be healthy

Concentrate on maintaining each loss.


My Program:
Eat less, move more. I prefer low carb but I will flex.

I will celebrate each victory, each fraction of a pound lost. I do not look at how far I have to go. I like to try new recipes and new foods. I look for the positives. I am enjoying the journey.



Personal Information:
Hashimoto's thyroiditis, hypertension, osteoarthritis. Cancer survivor.
Chronic pain. Motion is painful. Mobility is fragile.
Had 5 hip surgeries (including 2 total hip replacements). Then broke hip in 2014. Now using a rollator part of the time. At times it is challenging going from sitting to standing. I have to use taller chairs.
Torn rotator cuff the end of 2015, non-operable. Orthopedic surgeon now tells me I need a total shoulder replacement on the other arm.

I am celebrating each day, counting my blessings. There are benefits in a good belly laugh.
