I haven't be struggling with this weight loss long, I been seperated from my husband for about three years and on top of that I lost my job, so with all of that that is when my weight gain began to take a toll for the worse. I haven't be struggling with this weight loss long, I been seperated from my husband for about three years and on top of that I lost my job, so with all of that that is when my weight gain began to take a toll for the worse. Just this year I decided to do something about it. I've been on Sparkspeople web page before back just didn't feel the need to want to track all this, so again this year I decided to do something about it. I would like to lose 75lbs and try to maintain that for at least a year and then work toward losing another 20lbs after and staying fit with the ideal weight and a much healthier life.
