    Oh I wouldn't worry about a few chips and grapes...coulda been a whole lot worse! LoL. I'm still so jealous you are doing crossfit but I'm gonna start trying some crossfit type workouts at home...if only for like 15-20 mins at night. I don't think I've been eating enough either but I just don't have a big appetite anymore..which is a good thing.

    I bought the Make it Paleo and the Paleo Comfort Foods cookbooks and I am loving them! We made Biscuits and Gravy yesterday morning. They were really good. Nothing like traditional biscuits but did the job very well. Not something I'd make every weekend just because of the cost of ingredients and the time it takes but maybe once a month or something. I can't wait to try some of the desserts! Ok now I'm making myself hungry. :) Hope you have a great week!!
