How's Insanity coming along? I finished it and so can you. I started up doing that and mixing in Tapout XT. I do Insanity like 3 days a week and Tapout either 1 or 2. Let me tell you I rather do Insanity than Tapout because it TO is so much harder and a lot of upper body work.
