Everything has come to a head this year. Diagnosed with BOTH Type-2 diabetes AND sleep apnea in December 2010, I have been seriously considering gastric bypass. This just doesn't seem like a battle I can win. I keep thinking, "If I haven't been able to do it by now - age 47 - what are the chances I'm ever going to be able to do it on my own?" And Spark People for some extra tools along the way.
